Hello!

It's Wednesday. Let's take a look at the most important topics of the past week!

🤖 Oh no! Will artificial intelligence take my job?

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) and technological innovation is playing an increasingly important role in our daily lives. Many people are worried that AI will take away human jobs, but this is not necessarily true. Although it is a fact that some jobs can be replaced, it doesn't mean that humans will be completely ousted from the labor market.

On the one hand, AI can speed up processes and make work more efficient, which is a significant advantage in the business sector. Its application in data analysis, manufacturing, or research can help companies gain a competitive edge. On the other hand, many job positions cannot be fully automated.

For example, AI can speed up processes in creative industries like art, design, or music but cannot replace the essence of creative activity. And of course, some professions rely on human emotions, relationships, empathy and emotional intelligence. These will continue to be a human privileges.

However, the good news is that with AI's development, new jobs and professions will also emerge. There will still be a high demand for data scientists, programmers, or machine learning experts in the future! It's worth guiding children in this direction. And there is still an untapped area with much potential: handling ethical, legal, and regulatory issues related to AI.

In my opinion, the success of the future labor market will be based on skills-based flexible education and adapting to technological progress so that people and machines can work together, complementing each other.

💻 Elon Musk finally entered the AI race

Tesla CEO Elon Musk's moves well demonstrate the frantic scramble in the AI market. Although the world's richest man initially supported the initiative to halt all AI development (including ChatGPT) for six months, he later registered his own AI-based company, x.ai.

Last week, Musk talked to Fox News about creating a competitor to ChatGPT, called TruthGPT. He believes ChatGPT is too liberal and criticizes the fact that it is taught political correctness. The billionaire entrepreneur believes people need truth, so he named his chatbot "truth." Where Musk's strange moves lead is still unknown, but it's worth watching how he reacts to various situations.

🧠 "Humanity is not prepared for this in the brain"

According to George Tilesch, the development of artificial intelligence is inconceivably fast. The Hungarian-American AI expert believes we don't have decades or even years to adapt. Full interview only in Hungarian language.

🐶 ChatGPT saved a dog's life

Greg Brockman, the co-founder of OpenAI, gave a TED talked the other day about the basic design principles of ChatGPT and presented some unreleased plugins. You need to watch this video at least once in your life if you're interested in AI, or even if you're not :)! At the end of the presentation, there was also an incredible story.

On Twitter, a user with the handle @peakcooper posted in multiple parts on March 25th the ordeal of their dog's illness. The person took the dog to a veterinarian because it was sick. The first vet said they couldn't do anything, so they looked for another.

In the meantime, the man outlined the situation to the ChatGPT 4 model and described all the dog's lab results to the chatbot. Although the system warned, "I am not a veterinarian," it still provided a diagnosis, suggesting the dog could be suffering from IMHA.

After several tests and blood samples, it turned out that this was indeed the dog's illness. They immediately started the appropriate treatment, and although the dog's condition was severe, it eventually made an almost full recovery.
